Reimagining the interface of the archive. Exploring the archival materials through a point-and-click adventure.
The website reflects the materiality of the archive (e.g. 16mm film reels). It liberates the archive from its »static and cumulative identity« by enabling a dynamic and exploratory presentation of the content.
How can the relationship between user, body and archive be experienced visually and interactively?
The interactions anchor the idea that the body (of the user) plays an active role in the »revitalisation« of the archive. The website becomes an interface that translates the choreographic experiment into a digital framework.
